Used to have the cheap office chair for few years, and finally made a decision to buy this executive chair1. fast shipping2. only 12 screws that i needed to put on, the other parts are already well assembled on the package3. that is really nice that the product comes with a glove so it wont get your hands dirty! that is really great!4. the leather is good, soft, cooling surface5. upclimbbing on the back support is amazing, greatly support my back for a day of work in my home office
